Vanson, Inc. and HaloSource Corporation have completed a merger to form Vanson HaloSource, Redmond, WA. The merger unites core business functions and scientific expertise to create products based on Vanson’s chitin and chitosan technology, as well as HaloSource’s anti-microbial technology.
